Our policy for refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us and we'll help you with a return or exchange.
Free returns on defective or damaged items. If you receive an item that's faulty or arrived damaged, contact us at pastelpuffstudio@gmail.com with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Need a different size or variant? You can exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for, and we'll guide you through the process.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
